  • Be 50 years of age or over
  • Your passport and copies
  • Bank book in Thailand showing funds (400,000 bath)
  • Letter from bank
  • Lease agreement
  • Title Deed + Blue Book
  • Photographs of you taken inside and outside your home (Must see the house or condo number)

Process to apply and get your Retirement Visa in Pattaya

The first step in obtaining your Pattaya Retirement visa is to still have a minimum of 28 days on your current visa or exemption of visa.
